I cannot recommend her highly enough, and will use her as my agent until she retires. As a first-home buyer, I was extraordinarily impressed with how much Victoria was able to help in the closing process. Victoria and her team had every aspect locked down: they helped me evaluate my bid in a market context, introduced me to my lender, recommended multiple inspection companies and were on hand to lead inspections when I had to work. Every aspect of the process was recorded (including full audio of the walkthroughs), and were organized and shared with me in a folder on Dropbox. At multiple steps in the process Victoria would walk me through the various reports, and would make sure I knew were we were, and what to expect. As a result, closing on my home was not stressful, and I can rest easy knowing that my new home won't offer any unpleasant surprises. During inspections, Victoria had a range of options for me to choose from, and offered invaluable advice on what to look for, and what not to. She set up calls with the HOA, and worked closely with the seller's agent, making the process frustration-free. Victoria is very communicative, and available at a moments notice. She was always happy to help with questions, even when they didn't directly relate to my search. During my search, Victoria's communication was more reactive than proactive - she's not the kind of agent who will constantly email you about new homes to look at. I found this helpful, as Zillow and Redfin are more than sufficient for finding objects to look at. As soon as I found something, Victoria was always able to schedule a viewing at a moments notice, even for places that were in escrow. Victoria is a great real estate agent. She's competent, ambitious, knowledgeable and friendly. If you choose her, you will not be disappointed, especially if you are a first time home buyer like me."
